US Patent No. 11,964,044 B2 (Dong Wan Ha, Yu Jung Kim, Dong Won Choi, Yoon Kyun Hwang); Amorepacific Corporation patented a phase change cosmetic composition that contains a cetyl ester wax and an inulin-based surfactant (inulin lauryl carbamate). The composition maintains a liquid state at room temperature before applied to a skin and rubbed, and changes to a solid state when applied to the skin and rubbed.
